The Repointing is completed by refilling or 'repointing' all mortar joints & followed by an eco-wash brick clean once mortar has set.

DPC chemical injections provide a modern, cost-effective solution for rising damp and moisture ingress.

We can repair or replace defective damp proof courses, including removing and relaying brickwork where required to restore the original finish.

Damp proof courses help prevent moisture travelling through cavity brickwork and can deteriorate due to age, movement, incorrect installation or changing conditions.

We install high quality remedial wall ties & apply crack stitching products to problem areas reducing further movement of brickwork.

Cracks, bowing & warping in masonry can occur for multiple reasons:

We replace rusted lintel bars & repair archways to avoid further cracking and structural issues.

Cracks, warping & dropped arches are common in these vulnerable areas where a lintel bar or masonry arch has been installed or layed above an entrance, window, doorway or other openings.

 We use appropriate sealers for brick, stonework & paving to help protect against moisture, weathering and deterioration while maintaining the natural appearance and breathability of the masonry. 

 Sealers are selected based on the type, age and condition of the masonry.

Brick & stone work is vulnerable to a large range of stains from natural efflorescence to man made chemicals which can be permanent.

We offer scaffolding solutions for residential work (up to four metres in height). For larger projects we can recommend a reputable third party scaffolding team.
